AG Ventures 2024

In collaboration with UF/IFAS Extension, Marion Soil and Water Conservation District participated in the AG Ventures event at Silver Springs State Park.

Educational display with posters on water quality, agriculture, groundwater, soil erosion, and conservation at Marion Soil and Water Conservation District stand.

We explained the importance of water quality and the connection between human activities that can potentially harm our water supply. Additionally, we discussed ways to reduce contaminants in the water.

Thank you, UF/IFAS, for inviting us to be a part of this event. We look forward to participating in more activities like this one to teach children the importance of our natural resources.
