A photo contest that encourages all amateur photographers who reside in Marion County, Florida to showcase their understanding of conservation topics through the art of creative photography. Each category emphasizes different aspects of conservation to promote awareness and sustainable practices. The contest includes four categories:

• Conservation Practices (CP)                                                    
• Close-up Conservation (CC)
• Conservation in Action (CA)
• Agriculture and Conservation Across America (ACAA)

The contest is divided into two divisions, based on the photographer's age, as of December 1:

• youth (18 and younger)
• adult (19 and older).

Deadline to Enter the Local Contest:  November 14, 2025, 4:00 PM
Submit photos, along with entry and photo release forms to ann.bishop@marionfl.org
Photos must be high resolution and formated as a JPEG, PNG or TIFF, not to exceed 10 MB.
